Goldeneye is a Jamaican
retreat built by novelist Ian Fleming in the 1950's. He spent
nearly 20 winters at this idyllic spot where he penned 14 of his
famous 007 thrillers. This hideaway is now available as an
Island Outpost resort. Goldeneye is truly a magical place,
providing simple luxury and casual comfort. The
resort is comprised of Fleming's original
three-bedroom home along with four villas, varying from one- to
three-bedroom units. The entire property is available as one
unit, or guests may choose the main house or the individual
private villas.

Villa One, Named Honey Chile compromising of
one large bedroom, living room and indoor bathroom facilities
with outdoor bamboo shower. A separate living, dining and
kitchen area open onto a secluded cut stone patio adjoining the
private cove. Bedding: 1 queen bed.
Villa Two,
Two-story stone and wood villa. Upstairs there are 2 large
bedrooms, downstairs is a comfortable lounge area with a well
stocked bar, television, stereo, board games and an indoor
bathroom.
Villa Three, TBA
Ian Fleming Main House,
Has three bedrooms with private indoor and outdoor bathrooms,
including claw foot bathtubs and shower platforms all
surrounded by bamboo fencing and tropical foliage; a cut stone
courtyard and lily pond with exotic fish; a large living
room area including large bamboo couches & four-poster beds.
Large louver windows and high ceilings encourage the flow of sea
breezes throughout the house, while air conditioning is
available in the bedrooms.
